What does this support look like?
Need one time or temporary help?
Do you just want to get through a grocery shopping trip? Or want some support for a dentist or doctor appointment? We have your back! Schedule a time with a BCBA or an RBT and we can help you for however long you need! We can help manage behaviors, increase success, and help prepare your child for whatever the event is. We can also help teach them along the way, making this service not only helpful for you, but also increasing success during future occurrences.
Why use this service?
This service is recommended for someone who wants some extra support and help with one-time events as needed. While some insurance will pay for this service with ABA sessions, most insurance policies no longer allow this, or have strict limitations making it difficult to schedule with their BCBA. Since this is a private pay only service, we can go anywhere and do anything in within our scope of practice. This service is primarily recommended for grocery shopping trips, dentist appointments, doctor appointments, hair appointments, birthday parties, etc.
What is our goal
Our primary goal for this service is offering every ounce of support for our community that we can! We are heartbroken that we hear so many stories about people needing help and unable to find it. We want to help in any possible way we can. If there is anything you need, this service most likely has you covered!
What’s the cost?
Per hour
$125/BCBA
$75/RBT
Each service starts out at an hour. Contact our office to discuss the specifics of your request, and move forward with scheduling if our service meets your needs. Our office will process your payment and go over any details.
Add on time; per 15 minutes
$30/BCBA
$20/RBT
If you need more time than an hour, or your time runs over during your service, time is added on in 15 minute increments. So there is no pressure to end at a certain time or rush through to finish within your designated time. We recognize how easy it is to need more time than you originally thought, so we allow for flexibility and only add one 15 minutes at a time. We keep a payment method on file and confirm any additional charges before processing any payments.
